Early Work I Never Show Anyone

As a follow up to yesterday’s posts, today (maybe over the next few days) I’m going to show a few posters that have been hiding in my flat files. I say hiding because this is work I haven’t shown anyone in many years. Some of these are embarrassing, some I think still hold up. They all represent struggle, play, growth and development (I hope).

For orientation purposes, the posters (mostly) that follow were all designed under the watchful eye of the aforementioned j. Charles Walker while I was a grad student at Kent State, 1987-90. I am also only showing examples of commissioned/printed work, either for the KSU design department or for the School of Art Gallery.
